Knowing each other in Europe: North meets South
The aim of the project as stated in the application is the following:
- Compare and analyse similarities and differences in young people’s lifestyle.
- Improve the students’ knowledge of English.
- Learn the basic of the respective languages.
The Icelandic students’ while in Bari, Italy 24.10.–4.11.05
and
The Italian students’ while in Reykjavík, Iceland 7.3.–18.3.06:
Observe, take pictures and write down what they have in common and what is different in the values and lifestyle of young Icelanders and Italians.
The project is devided into three themes. What both the Icelanders and the Italians have to keep in mind all the time is that they are doing a research into the lifestyle of young people in Italy so the following three themes all have to illustrate this:
